Thank you to the homeowners, they have thought of everything, even a lint roller! This is our second time to stay at Waterleaf, hopefully, it will not be our last. The Holiday Life Property manager and the homeowners were very responsive and took care of two problems in a timely matter. Also, thank you for the Christmas trees, our grandchildren were thrilled to have a tree again. The homeowners have made sure this is truly a home away from home.

Should've stayed longer! This was truly a home away from home! The amenities were great, pool and dock were awesome and the necessary comforts (beds, linens) were far above average. The Holiday Life team was incredibly responsive and ready to answer any and all questions and provide suggestions. They were flexible and understanding on all fronts and truly made this an enjoyable experience. Location was a 5 minute drive to the beach and within walking/biking distance of basic needs - pharmacy, restaurants, grocery and of course, coffee! Highly recommended Island Bike Shop for bike rentals (free delivery and pick-up) and enjoying the bike paths available on the island. I would not only recommend this property to a friend...i am fully prepared to stay there again. For reference, we are a very active family with 3 teenage girls...every one loved it!

The Andrews Family loved Marco Island and this house.  It was super for a family of 6.  It is an amazing balance of clean, tidy, welcoming, Florida and a home.   We took Mark and Sarah's advice and enjoyed Paddle Marco, Treasure Seekers Shelling Trip, Tigertail Beach, and found a new favorite, Smith House restaurant.   The pool was used multiple times a day, stayed fresh and clean and the property management team was great with reminders on garbage day and when they needed to come by.    We wanted to rent bikes for half day but learned this time of year they do weekly rentals, so if you are coming for a week and thinking about the bike paths, encourage you to get your rentals at the beginning.  All in all, this place is amazing and we are ready to keep visiting.❤️

Beautiful home with everything needed found on site. Located in a quiet neighborhood with daily bunny and owl visits, and to my delightful surprise dolphin sightings right off dock. As we vacation on Marco every year, we will definitely rent this home again.

April 2021 | Extremely COVID Safe, family friendly experience. We loved the cleanliness, the ammenities and the activities in the area. Great adventures and memories, the house was welcoming, big but not too big, super nice yet not too fancy, we loved it for our family and would highly recommend for others. Great owners who care that you have a memorable and special visit.

Great Home. Highly Recommend! Very nice house felt like I was in my own home. Being a quality improvement consultant very impressed with the attention to detail especially with the lighting and AV System.

Beautiful Home. Great setup and feel like home. Well organized and works perfectly for several couples. My only negative is it was already rented for next year before I could rebook.

This home is so beautiful (definitely exceeded our expectations) and had everything we needed! It accommodated our family of 8 for 2 weeks with plenty of room to spare! The pictures are exactly what you get upon arrival! The pool always had direct sun and was comfortably warm! The Holiday Life was always prompt with responses when I inquired! Would definitely stay here again! Definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
