We strive to keep the experience fresh for our guests - Exterior updates are complete refreshing the exterior color to a more modern blue-gray and replaced the dated terracotta barrel tile roof with a flat charcoal gray tile. If you are a returning guest you may drive by the house by mistake. A few interim photos are included here with more as the projects wrap up, with professional shots to follow. 

This year we have replaced the porch tile, updated the primary suite cabinetry, shower floor and the primary bedroom flooring. 

We have also recently replaced the outdoor dining set and grill, added heavy-duty all-weather Adirondacks to the dock, refreshed the outdoor seating, and upgraded the den for those who need to work while they are away from home (like myself) as well as the Internet service (1Gb/sec) and Wi-Fi performance. 

Finally, we have added Google-Nest Assistance in most rooms in the home, which allows guests to voice control many features of the house, should you choose, as well as play music, your favorite podcast, get news headlines, or other content almost everywhere (the voice assistant may also be disabled if you prefer).
